When this American tourist decided to visit an elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai, Thailand, she thought she’ll come across some pretty friendly elephants. Yet, she had never expected any of this. One of the elephant calves just couldn’t get enough of cuddling with the female tourist.
Meet Suki, the cheerful and energetic elephant calf in this story. Suki is the newest baby elephant born at the Chia Lai Orchid – a sanctuary specializing in elephant rescue. Since she was born, the cute elephant was surrounded only by loving and caring beings, so naturally, she had nothing but extremely affectionate for anyone that crosses her path.

Despite being a baby elephant for 2 months, his weight is already around 100 kilograms. Even though her mother ᴅɪᴇd when Suki was born, this baby elephant has had incredible growth, and with care and love.
Suki was born to be playful. She loves humans and can’t wait to express her love for humans she meets.
Kids all do this when they see someone they really love, right? The baby elephant runs to a feᴍᴀʟᴇ tourist who is visiting the sᴀɴᴄᴛᴜᴀʀʏ with her group. She keeps pushing her trunk on the woman, rolling her around to give her a big hug. She even falls on top of the woman. There is no need to ʜɪᴅᴇ your happiness. The calf just follows this.
Can you guess the woman’s reaction? She couldn’t stop laughing. She can’t resist the cuteness of the young elephant. The funny animal’s presence and special affection for her make her day. It is the most memorable experience during her trip.
